What counts as a change?
Staff updates, specials, banners, page copy, hours, forms and site settings. If it lives on your website, send it to support and we'll take care of it. Redesigns and rebuilds aren't change requests; clients who continue after their initial term get a design refresh.
What does "usually inside 60 minutes" mean?
Most requests sent during normal business hours are live within an hour. Bigger projects get a timeline up front.
Is there a long-term contract?
Every plan starts with a 12-month initial term. After that, it continues month to month.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Setup is a one-time fee equal to one month of the package you choose.
